House Wine is an independent wine marketplace connecting small estates, sellers, and collectors across Europe. The existing platform looked like a generic WooCommerce store.
The challenge was building something that felt as curated and refined as the wines themselves - while handling the operational complexity of a multi-vendor marketplace.

We built a custom WooCommerce marketplace with an earthy, sophisticated Dutch design language. Muted earth tones, generous whitespace, producer story pages, and a discovery architecture that helped buyers find bottles by mood, occasion, and food pairing - not just variety and vintage.
We added a basic AI cellar management feature that helped users track and plan their collection - a differentiator no other Dutch wine marketplace offers.
