Crowded US supplement market, instant-purchase intent.

Drink Pouch is a premium performance hydration brand using IV-formula electrolyte science in a convenient pouch format. The US supplement market is intensely competitive — with Liquid IV and LMNT dominating awareness.

Drink Pouch needed a site that immediately communicated premium science positioning while converting high-intent buyers on the first visit, especially on mobile.

02 / The Approach

Bold dark performance commerce, subscription-first.

We designed a bold dark e-commerce experience that leaned into the performance/sports aesthetic. Dramatic product photography, ingredient callouts with clinical backing, and subscription offer architecture designed to convert single purchases to recurring revenue.

The mobile checkout was streamlined for impulse-purchase behaviour common in the supplement category. The post-purchase sequence is automated to drive review collection and second orders.

The subscription conversion alone paid for the rebuild in the first quarter.
