A category-defining product, two very different audiences.
NextSense is developing the world's first EEG earbuds — a genuinely category-defining health-tech product. The challenge was presenting deep science to two audiences at once.
Researchers and investors need clinical depth. Consumers need to understand why they would wear these in daily life. One site had to speak to both.
A single narrative arc, two reading paths.
We built a dark cinematic Next.js site with a clear narrative arc — starting with the emotional "imagine" hook for consumers, moving into the clinical science for credibility, and landing in a research partnership and waitlist CTA.
Scroll-triggered animations revealed content in sequence that matched the storytelling. The design leaned into the health-tech dark aesthetic — precise, scientific, premium — without sacrificing accessibility on either content track.
“This is the first site that actually feels like the product we are building. Researchers and consumers respond to it.”
